1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy & Data Policy explains how OWO INNOVATIONS LLC (“OWO INNOVATIONS”, “we”, “us”) handles information for OWOJI, our macOS workflow capture product. OWOJI helps a user capture a workflow, clean the capture log, package it into structured instructions, and export it for agent handoff.
This policy covers the OWOJI macOS app, website, account API, billing flows, documentation, and related services. It does not promise that every capture is private by default: the user chooses what to capture, and should review logs before packaging or exporting.
2. Data We Collect
OWOJI is designed around minimal useful capture. Depending on the feature you use, we may process the following categories:
- Account data: email address, display name, workspace membership, optional invite-code status, and authentication metadata.
- Workspace data: sessions, session titles, timestamps, event counts, usage counters, plan tier, and entitlement state.
- Capture data: app/window context, workflow events, summaries, user-added manual details, and optional artifacts you attach or export.
- Packaging data: condensed timelines, model output, token/cost metadata, package versions, and source hashes used for caching.
- Support and website data: messages you send through contact links and basic operational logs needed to keep the site and API reliable.
3. macOS Permissions
The macOS app only requests capture-related permissions when they are needed. For real capture, OWOJI checks Screen Recording and Accessibility access before starting the session. macOS may require you to approve these permissions in System Settings and restart or refresh the app before capture continues.
What those permissions do
Screen Recording lets OWOJI understand visible workflow state. Accessibility lets OWOJI observe UI actions and focused controls. OWOJI does not ask for these permissions to browse your files or secretly record outside a user-started capture session.
4. AI Processing
Pro packaging sends a condensed, bounded representation of the selected session to an AI processing system to produce a structured workflow package. OWOJI caches package results by source hash so repeated requests do not unnecessarily reprocess the same capture. Free exports do not require AI packaging.
You are responsible for reviewing and redacting sensitive information before packaging or exporting. OWOJI can surface risk warnings, but automated redaction should not be treated as a guarantee.
5. Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. OWOJI uses secure checkout and a customer portal for payment collection, subscription changes, invoices, and cancellation management. OWOJI does not store full card numbers on our servers.
6. Security Infrastructure
The service uses managed authentication, per-workspace access controls, private storage, signed export URLs, server-side entitlement checks, and audited API access. The billing system remains the source of truth for paid subscription state.
Sensitive service keys are intended to live only in server-side secrets. The macOS app and website call public API routes and should never ship private service keys, payment keys, or AI provider keys.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain workspace data while your account or workspace is active, unless a shorter retention period is configured or deletion is requested. Export links should be short-lived signed URLs. Some billing, security, and audit records may be retained as required for fraud prevention, accounting, compliance, or dispute resolution.
8. Your Choices
You can choose not to grant capture permissions, stop a capture before packaging, edit or discard logs, export only raw Markdown/JSON, or request workspace data deletion by contacting OWO INNOVATIONS LLC. During early access, support and deletion requests should be sent through the contact page.
