You decide what OWOJI observes and shares.

This policy explains what OWOJI processes while learning a workflow, why macOS asks for permissions, and what stays under your control.

1. Scope

OWOJI is a macOS application that learns a workflow you intentionally perform, shows you the recorded steps, estimates the time that workflow could save, and lets you export the version you approve for an AI agent.

This policy covers the OWOJI macOS app, website, account API, billing, documentation, and related services operated by OWO Innovations LLC.

2. Data we process

Depending on the features you use, OWOJI may process:

  • Account information: email address, display name, authentication metadata, workspace membership, and plan.
  • Workflow information: session titles, app and window context, actions, browser context, timestamps, manual notes, and artifacts you choose to include.
  • Reviewed packages: condensed timelines, structured workflow steps, tools, risks, validation checks, versions, and source hashes.
  • Operational information: usage counters, error logs, feedback, consent-based anonymous website analytics, and basic request information needed to keep the service reliable.

OWOJI does not start observing by itself

You start and stop a capture. You can remove noise, mask sensitive steps, add missing context, or discard the session before sharing it.

3. Anonymous website analytics

If you select “Allow analytics,” OWOJI counts public page views, anonymous visitors and browsing sessions, landing pages, referral domains, campaign tags, and coarse browser and operating-system categories. This helps us understand whether people find the website and where they stop.

The browser creates random visitor and session identifiers. The server immediately hashes those identifiers before storage. OWOJI does not store your IP address, email, full referring URL, advertising identifiers, screen contents, or activity on other websites as part of website analytics.

The analytics code does not load until you allow it, does not run on private or no-index pages, ignores automated browsers, and respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Raw page-view records are deleted after 13 months.

4. macOS permissions

macOS requires Screen Recording and Accessibility permission so OWOJI can understand visible workflow state and observe the interface actions that make up a task. Apple controls these approvals in System Settings.

These permissions do not authorize OWOJI to begin a capture without your action. OWOJI checks permission status before a user-started recording and shows a clear recording state while capture is active.

5. AI processing

Free exports can produce raw Markdown or JSON without AI packaging. When you use a feature that requires AI processing, OWOJI sends a bounded representation of the selected session to the configured model provider to create a structured workflow.

You should review and redact sensitive information before packaging or export. Automated warnings and redaction are helpful controls, not guarantees.

6. Billing

Subscription payments are handled through secure hosted checkout and customer-portal pages. OWOJI receives subscription status and billing identifiers, but does not store complete payment-card numbers on its servers.

7. Security

OWOJI uses managed authentication, workspace access controls, private storage, short-lived signed links, server-side plan checks, rate limits, and audit records. Private service keys remain on the server and are not shipped in the website or macOS application.

New automated product checks and ecosystem research remain private by default. They can create review proposals but cannot publish or deploy changes by themselves.

8. Retention and deletion

Workspace information is retained while the account or workspace is active unless a shorter period is configured or deletion is requested. Anonymous website page-view records are automatically deleted after 13 months. Some billing, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and dispute records may be retained where legally necessary.

9. Your choices

You can disable website analytics, use a browser privacy signal, decline macOS permissions, stop a capture, edit or discard its log, export only the format you want, avoid AI packaging, or request deletion of workspace information.
