Need help with capture, billing, permissions, or exports?
Send the workflow name, your workspace email, the app version, and what you expected to happen. For capture issues, include whether Screen Recording and Accessibility are granted in macOS System Settings.
- Capture or permission help: include the app you were trying to record.
- Billing help: include the checkout or portal email used.
- Packaging help: include whether the workspace is Free or Pro.
