1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OWOJI macOS app, website, API, documentation, downloads, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. OWOJI is a product of OWO INNOVATIONS LLC, and these Terms are between you and OWO INNOVATIONS LLC.
If you use OWOJI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Service Description
OWOJI helps users capture workflows, review captured logs, add missed context, package selected sessions into structured workflow outputs, and export files for agent handoff. The Services include free capture/export features and Pro features that require an active paid subscription.
OWOJI is not a replacement for your own review. You are responsible for checking captured logs, redacting sensitive content, and verifying generated packages before sharing them or using them with another tool.
3. App Availability
OWOJI is distributed as a macOS download. We may update, replace, limit, pause, or revoke access to builds to protect product quality, infrastructure stability, and user safety.
4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OWOJI to violate law, capture information you are not authorized to access, bypass platform protections, abuse the API, scrape or overload the Services, or transmit malware or harmful content.
You are responsible for your account credentials, workspace access, capture permissions, exported files, and any downstream tools or agents that consume OWOJI exports.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are managed through secure browser-based billing. Monthly Pro is currently $21/month, and annual Pro is currently $201.60/year. Checkout and the customer portal handle payment, invoices, cancellations, and updates.
Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. If something was charged incorrectly, contact us and we will review the issue in good faith.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, interface designs, and underlying methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of OWO INNOVATIONS LLC. Your session content, logs, and exports remain your content, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services you choose to use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OWO INNOVATIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
